I worked all my life to get to here. I am a hard worker, and I have driven flag car for oversized loads from Lititz, PA to Bangor Maine and back again. I worked at this job for over a year. I worked HVAC/R wholesale supply for 30 years 14 of which was as a branch manager.
I love driving, and I enjoy helping people. I have a husband and 2 dogs and a cat. I have some computer skills through my tenure as a branch manager. I enjoy travel and some of the best travel is, for me, driving places and seeing the beauty of the United States.
When I was 15, I delivered over 100+ newspapers door to door while going to high school. I either walked the route or rode my bicycle. After graduation I worked for Bro-Dart. They had a mill where they made old fashioned rocking chairs on a production line.
I was the custodian and maintenance assistant for the facility. I picked up (2) part-time jobs. I cleaned a bank after hours and I worked in a toy store as floor sales. I worked at Sylvania automotive lighting as a production worker and through bid process I became department production maintenance.
I continued to work 2 jobs as often as I could mostly retail. I relocated and looked into HVAC/R sales. I started in the warehouse and moved my way to middle management. I then drove Pilot car for oversized loads that kept me away from home 5 days a week.
All the skills with retail, management, inventory, supervising a team, and long-distance driving.
I graduated high school in 1982 with a diploma in general studies. I took some classes at a vocational tech school for HVAC/R to help with my employment in the HVAC/R wholesale industry. I did not graduate from tech school, not because of grades but available time.
