My professional experiences has mostly consisted of office or retail customer service jobs. During my time in these jobs, I have taken many rolls and gained experiance that can apply in various fields as well as life. Some of these experiences include filing, Scanning, and faxing requested forms, making outbound and taking in bound calls, working with medical programs to schedule, assist patients, or assist the clinical team when able.
Customer service jobs has left me with the ability to handle various types of people, Confidently handle money, and train other individuals.
I graduated from University of Wisconsin- Platteville in Spring of 2022 with a degress in Criminal Justice. During my time there, I also took course in forensics investigation.
