I've been working in hospitality in NYC for nearly two decades, enriching the guest experience from a variety of different frontline vantage points, and most recently as an ambidextrous bartender operating like a late-night talk-show-host, building relationships and revenue. I'm handy at stirring and shaking, and am proud of my intense concentration and memory. I've also excelled at the analytical side of bartending, measuring productivity and improving efficiency.
One of life's greatest pleasures is meeting a stranger and really enjoying it, and to me that's the truest value of hospitality in action.
