With talent acquisition, I have been fortunate to find a career I truly enjoy! I have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and staffing industries, 7 of which were leading high performing teams. My strengths include employer branding, recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and managing client relationships.
I started out my career in the staffing industry recruiting for call centers, warehouses, and light industrial environments for Corestaff and Appleone. I then moved to the corporate world and became the full time Recruiter for Wyndham Destinations for their Consumer Finance operation which consisted of mainly call center and corporate roles. I was then promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager where I led a recruiting team of 8 that supported 3 call centers and processed 1100 hires. My last role with Wyndham was as a Director of Talent Acquisition where I led a team of 20 responsible for staffing over 4,500 hires for the resort operations and call center teams. My 17 years with Wyndham Destinations ended in November 2022 when I was laid off. Due to the lack of talent acquisition opportunities, my role has pivoted to being a career coach. I currently work at Worksource Oregon as a Business and Employment Specialist.
I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Studies and several active recruiting certifications through the AIRS Academy.
