I am a driven and intuitive Talent Acquisition Specialist and Consultant. On paper I’m early career, though the scope of my experience and ownership what a recruiter would manage at 3-5 years. When hired at SHINE Career Collective, they entrusted this level of work taking into consideration my prior experience as a career coach, office experience advocate, and work within the mental health industry.
I have a knack for building authentic rapport quickly, being a curious and trusted partner, creative sourcing, focused screening and assessment of awesome talent.
