Highly organized, detail-oriented architectural project manager with a strong passion and appreciation for design. Twenty plus years of leadership managing projects from inception to completion including: client interactions, space planning, construction drawings, contract development & administration, contractor interactions, and project close-outs. Experienced with commercial, residential, office, retail, hospitality, institutional, and industrial projects; familiar with construction codes and zoning ordinances.
Directly responsible for the design development and construction process for a variety of architectural projects under the supervision of a registered Architect.
Tasks include: Managing all documentation, production, communication, qa/qc processes, and schedules; contract creation and invoicing; maintaining CAD Standards; interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
