Tom Sabin (Tommy)

I believe my background in athletics, communications, leadership, and operations has prepared me to make a meaningful contribution to your organization. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure while consistently delivering high-quality results. Much of my professional experience has been rooted in athletics, where I have worked in game operations, athletic communications, public address announcing, broadcasting, event management, and team support.

These roles have required exceptional communication, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail. Whether coordinating game-day operations, engaging fans, supporting coaches and student-athletes, or managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, I have learned the importance of preparation, collaboration, and professionalism. In addition to my experience in athletics, I have a B.A. in Communications, and I recently earned a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership.

My graduate studies strengthened my abilities in leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, and problem-solving while reinforcing the value of creating positive workplace cultures built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds while remaining calm and effective in fast-paced environments. I enjoy taking initiative, embracing new challenges, and finding ways to improve processes that help organizations achieve their goals.

Whether working independently or as part of a team, I take pride in being dependable, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
