Familiar with drafting Estate Planning Documents such as Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, Temporary Guardianships, & HIPAA Releases.
As a Family Law attorney, responsible for:
- Trial & hearing preparation including drafting witness questions, preparing arguments, attending court to support client and take notes;
- Drafting FOAH’s, Stipulations, RFO Attachment 9 Declarations, Responsive Declarations, including Ex Parte Requests; and Settlement Offers;
- Propounding discovery and responding to discovery requests;
- Preparing, e-filing, and serving initial Dissolution forms, Subpoenas, Lodgments, and more;
- Drafting MSA’s, Prenuptial Agreements, and Points & Authorities on complex legal family law issues;
- Drafting Retainer Agreements, Third-Party Waivers, Attorneys’ Fees Declarations, and Letters to opposing counsel.
- Outstanding proficiency in Clio, Lexis, Westlaw, Adobe Pro, & LawYaw.
