I have a heart for helping and have worked in the Social Services industry for 36 years providing services to children and youth in foster care, clinical and supportive services to youth with sexually abusive behaviors, as well as adults with mental health issues. In addition, I have worked behind the scenes to help clients in the position of Training and Development Coordinator to ensure staff are adequately trained and prepared to work with a diverse population, as a Utilization Review Coordinator to secure approvals for in patient care for patients so they can remain in treatment and reach their treatment goals as well as a Placement Logistics Specialist verifying benefits/insurance and identifying in patient placements where one can obtain in patient psych services. In addition, I love animals and was a foster (for dogs) for many years.
