In addition to my event management expertise, I have substantial experience managing bar operations for the past 20 years. I led a team of bartenders, created innovative cocktail menus, managed inventory, and upheld high standards for both service and safety. I’m also skilled at budgeting, forecasting sales, and driving revenue through upselling and customer engagement.
