I’m an operations and customer success professional with a background in education, onboarding, and program management. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across EdTech, nonprofits, and service-based organizations managing high-volume onboarding, stakeholder communication, documentation tracking, and day-to-day operational workflows.
I started my career in education, teaching in Houston, Spain, and South Korea, which strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and work with people from very different backgrounds. Since transitioning into customer success and operations, I’ve supported large portfolios of schools and clients, built onboarding systems from scratch, managed compliance-sensitive records, and created processes that help teams operate more efficiently.
I’m someone who naturally brings structure to fast-moving environments. I pay attention to details, communicate proactively, and take ownership of problems before they grow. I also founded Launch Studio, where I support mission-driven organizations with onboarding operations, tracking systems, documentation management, and workflow organization
I started my career in education, teaching in Houston, South Korea, and Madrid, Spain. Those experiences strengthened my communication, organization, and ability to work with people from different backgrounds while managing fast-paced environments.
I later transitioned into EdTech and customer success, where I focused on onboarding, operations, and program management. At Elevate K-12, I helped build onboarding systems and operational processes from the ground up while supporting a large portfolio of school partners and helping maintain a 97% renewal rate.
Education, I managed onboarding and customer success for more than 140 school accounts, coordinating implementation, tracking progress, and supporting district stakeholders throughout the process.
Most recently, I founded Launch Studio, where I support organizations with onboarding operations, documentation management, workflow organization, and tracking systems that help teams stay organized and run more efficiently.
