My name is Travis and i am originally from Minnesota. I went to school at Johnson & Wales University in Denver and graduated with my bachelors in Culinary Nutrition. I moved to Fort Worth Texas in 2018 and became the Chef for the Texas Rangers in 2023. In accomplishing my dream of cooking for professional athletes, i decided to find a position with more of a stable schedule. I love being in a kitchen with the chaos and crativity. There is no greater feeling than leading a team through an overwhelming service and producing delicous food that makes all guest's eyes light up.
I started working in 2007 at pizza hut. Since then i have worked for Red Lobster, Papous Pizza, The Birkshire, Bad Daddy's burger bar, and St. Anthonys hospital as a line cook.
I have been management since 2015 at Indulge French Bistro, Kavod Senior Life, Gemelles, Woodshed Smokehouse, Kitchfix, and Mainfreight.
I have been an Executive Chef for 2 years where i feed the Texas Rangers baseball team, winning a world series, and now my current position at Mainfreight.
I graduated in 2012 with my associates in culinary arts and in 2014 with my bachelors in clinical dietetics from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Co.
