After 21 successful years as a Staff Field Appraiser, I am choosing to transition my career layout from field production to an internal administrative and coordinating role. Two decades of boots-on-the-ground experience have provided me with a profound understanding of the appraisal lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics. In my current role, I have personally managed thousands of appraisal assignments, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining strict adherence to USPAP and client guidelines. Beyond field expertise, my tenure has allowed me to develop exceptional administrative and communication skills.

I regularly interface with lenders, AMC portals, realtors, and property owners, clarify underwriting conditions, and streamline report delivery. I’ve also included my “non-appraisal” work experience that supplements as well as highlights my overall abilities & knowledge. Please note that some of the experience overlaps with my appraisal experience.

Due to the decrease in the appraisal business during the last Recession, I continued appraising on a parttime basis until early 2013.
