- I spearheaded and implemented the successful completion of each year's worth of work. This included planting, cultivating, and shipping our nursery stock to clients around the US.
- I supervised a group of employees as the daily tasks were completed, causing a heightened productivity in our company.
- In this position, I heightened my skills in communication, problem-solving, project oversight, collaboration, and leadership.
- Through this position, I became familiar with the process of bringing H2A Visa-holding employees from Mexico to the USA on a yearly basis. As this was a necessity for our company, I have also learned how to communicate bilingually. I can communicate in Spanish at a C1 level.
Supervisor in Training / Cashier - Costco Wholesale - Union Gap, WA

During my time at Costco, I was selected to go through the Supervisor in Training program. Though not selected to continue as a full time supervisor, the lessons I learned were invaluable.
- I was in charge of coordinating and changing people's assigned tasks and schedules on an hour by hour (sometimes on a moment-by-moment basis). It was my job to coordinate the schedules of up to 40 employees at a time while ensuring our customers were not waiting in unacceptably long lines, responding to customer complaints/needs/ etc.
- I also was a cashier, and as such, money handling and customer relations were of the utmost importance.
