Tyler Wegner

With almost a decade of logistics experience, my knowledge of inbound and outbound practices provides me with a full scope of the entire supply chain. I have 4+ years of leadership experience, and have helped pilot numerous company initiatives in various roles. Project management, data analysis, inventory management and forecasting are all skills that I have developed throughout my career in supply chain. I have experience with SAP, Asset Essentials, Microsoft Office, Linux based inventory systems, scan based systems and many more applications. I am passionate about delivering great customer service in any role, and providing my subordinates with a great work experience that cultivates growth and development.

In January 2018 I was promoted to General Merchandise Team Lead at Target in Oshkosh after 1.5 years of working as a General Merchandise Team Member. I worked as a team lead until November 2019. From there I was employed as an Extrusion Coater Assistant at Amcor in Oshkosh from November 2019 to March 2020. I then took a position as the Back-end Supervisor at Lowe's in Oshkosh from March 2020 to October 2021. In late 2021 I relocated to Madison to work for Uniroyal Global Engineered Products in Stoughton, WI. I began my tenure there as a Warehouse Supervisor from October 2021 to November 2022. I was then brought into the Purchasing Department from November 2022 until January 2025 when I was laid off due to production slowing down.

Currently enrolled at University of Wisconsin -Oshkosh part time in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management. I currently have a High School Diploma from Brillion High School.
