This helps to improve the culture of the business and provides upper level management to focus on other areas of improvement within their organization.

I have a proven and developing skill set acquired through years of leadership experience with in a wide range of different industries.

These include airline/transportation, logistics/distribution, and manufacturing operations. (pharmaceutical and automotive).

60 college credits acquired from Kankakee community college with a 3.75 GPA.

Currently finishing my bachelors of science degree in organizational leadership with Olivet Nazarene University.
