Bartender/ Cultivator

I have worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years. The past 11 years have been dedicated to seeing the different aspects of bartending. Currently, I work an apprenticeship full time Monday-Friday, 5am-2:30pm. Right now I am seeking a job to fill in my weeknights and weekends. I live 0.9 miles away from the venue near 7th St. & Roosevelt. Would really like to be a part of a team that works hard for each other and reap the benefits at the end of the night!
My current apprenticeship is with Nirvana Center Dispensary in Phoenix on 35th and Van Buren. I started back in November with the company as a Budtender and worked at the Apache Junction store until its closure in June. The Corporate Managers offered a chance to elevate my career into the Cannabis industry by becoming one of the new Growers for their team.
Previously I worked for a speakeasy in Downtown Chandler called, “ The Ostrich”. I simultaneously worked as bartender and cocktail server. I loved this concept because of how fast-paced and rewarding the work environment was. We averaged roughly 400-600 craft cocktails a night through 3 bar wells.
Lastly, I had a job at Uncle Bear's Brewery & Taproom in Gilbert, AZ for 3 years. I started off as a bartender for their Queen Creek location and then the chance to work at the main brewery site was offered a year later. At the Brewery an Taproom site I worked as an Apprentice Brewer and full time Keyholder/Beer Guide.
All shifts were 10-12 hours long and we were constantly moving around the warehouse. It was always a 2-man team between pouring beers/drinks, running food or running drinks. Sadly due to COVID everyone was let go and I found other positions so I never returned afterwards when offered PT work.
