I am seeking the position of lead custodian
Lead Custodian - Bryant School District

I dust, sweep, and mop classrooms, bathrooms, gyms and music rooms and that's just doing the school year. I also strip the floors doing the summer when school is out. I am now a lead custodian I have a crew under me I basically do the same thing but now I can train people on what to do and when I'm done with my work I go look and check on my crews to see how they are doing and if I see that they did a good job I let them know and if they did a bad job they go back and redo it and if they need help I help them.
