I am an undergraduate student with a passion for expanding my knowledge in a possible. For over ten years, I have been learning how to read, write and speak in Mandarin. Therefore, I have become a very open-minded, respectful and receptive to learn how ways of the world that may differ from mine. I have developed a passion for engaging with people around the world and spreading positivity amongst my community as it’s effects are underestimated.
Since April of 2021, I have been employed at my first job, Ben and Jerrys. In a matter of 4 months I was promoted to the shift lead position. This job taught me how to properly memorize menu options as well as make returning customers feel welcomed by remembering their order.
In addition I was given the task to provide recommendations for products as well as maintain a presentable work environment. This job also equipped me with the capability to work in a timely matter to ensure customer satisfactio. All in all accountable for overall store appearance.
