About
Enterprise transformation and professional services leader who turns CXO intent into executed outcomes. I bring executive partnership, delivery discipline, and financial accountability to complex change across global IT services, digital engineering, and enterprise software. I have influenced more than $5B in enterprise value through transformation programs, M&A integration, and commercial turnarounds — consistently as the leader who builds the operating machinery behind the strategy.
Most recently, as GlobalLogic’s Chief of Staff to the CEO, I led a seven-workstream, $12M transformation, including the AI Transformation workstream that defined the consulting models, organizational design, and assets behind our AI offerings. I began my career in EDS Management Consulting and Carbon Black’s Professional Services organization, where I grew the enterprise services portfolio from 1 to 40 accounts. I also led the merger integration behind Carbon Black’s $150M IPO and the Applications and SIAM pursuit scope within a $1B UK government transformation win.
