I am an educator and mentor with a gift for building meaningful curriculum, programs, and communities. I bring structure, creativity, and compassion to every project I take on and every team I work with. I thrive in environments where I can make meaningful connections, growth, and purpose matter.
One of my proudest moments was creating a support network specifically for Hispanic boys. Not only did it boost students’ academic performance, social success, and engagement, but it also unexpectedly fostered great collaboration and support from teachers, administration, and the community. This small effort created a ripple effect as the administrators asked me to expand the group and students began referring themselves.
I have had the opportunity to impact thousands of lives, through my classroom, and at the campus and district levels. Now I am ready to bring my strategic thinking, deep empathy, and experience in program building to a new role that challenges me to keep growing. I want to help others discover their strengths and potential.
