- Manage residents in both facilities
- Assist residents with medications and pass them at the correct time and route
- Maintain med room and cart and audit bi-weekly
- Order medications as necessary
- Assist with any injuries or abrasions
- Wound care when necessary
Medication Aide - The Grove and Gardens - Forest Grove

- Work solely with memory care residents
- Aide with ADL's
- Pass medications according to protocol
- Count out the med cart at the start and end of shift
- Manage behaviors per protocol
- Maintain medication carts and audit bi-weekly
- Assist with injuries, first aid and wound care when necessary
