I have been a charge Nurse for a Dementia/Alzheimer’s unit. I have also been a charge Nurse for transitional and long term facility. I have experience in IV insertion/infusion, medication administration including narcotics, Foley insertions, injections, woundcare, and PCC documentation. I have experience with patient and family communication. I also have good communication with MDs. I speak/write English/Spanish.
