After nearly a decade working in various corporate roles and large institutions, I am listening to my heart and pivoting into tech. I pursued my MBA to help transition into a new industry and am grateful to the exposure that culminated with a summer internship with Amazon. However, that was a very isolating experience and not a great fit and after graduation, I took some time to travel and do some soul searching. I believe solo traveling is one of life's greatest teachers but also a privilege (thank you CouchSurfing and TrustedHousesitters).
As the eldest of a 1st-gen immigrant household, I'm used to doing a little bit of everything and often feel like the 'glue' of the group, jumping in wherever I can. I want to be in a high growth space working with people and processes and learning more about human behavior. I want to be in a collaborative environment with little hierarchy where people are empowered to speak to anybody on the team. I want to be surrounded by naturally curious people. I'm interested in customer facing, growth marketing, and business operational roles and would love to be part of a team's lasting growth.
