I have 26 years of working experience in IT industry. During this period, I worked in various roles and capacities; Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Application Architect/Designer, Technical Team lead, Project Planner and Scheduler, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Web Usability Designer/Analyst and software engineer. Experiences molded me as a strong team player.
I propose new ideas in applying AI to business process and operation and create business value to the organization. I have strong drive to learn new technology, continuously working to improve my knowledge and apply it on job to produce the greatest and best quality of work.
I have extensive experience in predictive and prescriptive analytics for real world problems using machine learning and deep learning algorithms. I created AI models for supervised learning, unsupervised learning (clustering), Regression and Reinforcement Learning algorithms. Worked in big data platform like AWS machine learning, Google machine learning, Cloudera and Hortonworks.

- Hyper parameter tuning of the model
- Interpret the results of AI models and provide reasons for the predictions with visualization
- Build, deploy and monitor model at production environment in cloud and non-cloud platforms with CI/CD capabilities
- Automate the various tasks in data processing like data collection, data wrangling, load into repository using data engineering pipeline
- Automate the pre-processing of data and model training using pipelines
- Automate the prediction process (in the case of batch processing) using pipelines
- Present the work done to the stakeholders, get feedback and improve the model with the suggestions received
- Build feature store with data versioning
- Build model registry with model versioning
- Store the artifact and model performance metrics
- Monitor model performance in production
- Work with Stakeholders to collect requirements and assist Product Owners to convert those requirements into EPICS and User Stories. Plan the work with Scrum Master and other scrum team members

I have a PhD in ocean structural engineering from the topmost school, Indian Institute of Technology, in India. I have a MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University. I have certification for Data Science, Apache Spark and Deep Learning with TensorFlow. Currently following a professional AI certification from Stanford University.
