Working/playing on many of the units at the hospital as "Dr. Windy", I utilized humor and music to entertain the patients, caretakers, and staff. The position demanded not only an ability to improvise, but also attention to hospital protocol and an open mind!
Our program was sponsored by Big Apple Circus until the end of 2016 and it is now sponsored by the Foundation for Laughter/Laughter League. While working for Big Apple Circus, I also had the pleasure of having a clown residency at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Ashford, CT in the summer of 2015.
