I have 27 years of automotive production experience. I have done assembly, quality inspection, calibration and measurement. I was the measurement Area leader over as many as 32 people. I had to interview, hire, coach, and take care of everyone's time. I had to review the data and send it to the various customers. I held cross-functional meetings with engineering daily to go over fit and finish.
