Provides comprehensive System Engineering Support in the field or remote; Tuning and Performance troubleshooting of systems (Maximo, SQL, Database, Hardware, O/S and Environment).
Can discuss at an in depth technical level the functionality of the system as a whole from the NIC cards (Packets on the wire) - all the accompanying Hardware, Software, Java Virtual Machines all the way through End User Functional Operation of Maximo from the front end (all applications, including System Administrator roles.)
In depth, comprehensive knowledge of the workings of Maximo and the Fundamentals of its Operation (both in Large and Small working environments). Performs system troubleshooting, upgrades, dataloading (via MIF/SQL and combinations) installation and configuration of Maximo (WebSphere or WebLogic, Windows or UNIX/Linux, Oracle, SQL Server or DB2) and add on products.

Rapidly assess needs, develops solution, bridge gaps, and trains personnel quickly and easily either remote or onsite.
25+ years of Maximo Technical experience on v4.x -> v7.6.x, > 10 years on 7.6+ and a long-term Maintenance Technician with greater than 30 years of maintenance experience (US Navy, Intel, etc.)
