I am a college junior at Wesleyan University studying psychology and eduction studies. I hope to pursue a career in HR as I find that I have a strength in conflict resolution, and am good at working with people of a variety of backgrounds.

VOLUNTEER WORK AND EXPERIENCE

• Implemented programs teaching life skills and academic skills to children on the autism spectrum as a part of ABA Therapy and Autism Services & Programs
• Never late to work

• Parked cars with no record of accidents
• Communicated with customers
• Took the lead on events within first month of starting

• Tutored students in various fields of Psychology
• Graded student work and gave feedback on projects
• Created activities and exercises for the class

• Prepared pizzas for customers, interacted with them while serving food
• Given a pay raise with more responsibility within two weeks of starting

• Helped create driving routes for volunteer drivers May 2017 - August 2019
• Prepared food to be sent out and helped deliver meals
• Wrote directions for tray sealing machine for other workers to reference
• Worked well in a professional environment with paid workers
• Given more responsibilities within first few weeks
