William Graddy

I was the CEO of a four store franchise for Valvoline Instant Oil Change, utilizing my multi-unit manager abilities to make the stores profitable and successfully to where we collectively sold them for a major profit in 2023. Due to the limited size of the franchise my responsibility ranged from organizing and creating a P and L report, Customer Care, HR, Inventory Assessment, and onboarding Talent. The franchise ran under my supervision for 11 years as upper management, this included purchasing and establishing our fourth location.

I am very outgoing, thrilled for the next opportunity, and self driven to master many talents along the way.
