I have over 15+ years experience in the IT field and have taken on roles in IT Asset Management, IT Global Service Desk Analyst, and IT Operations Specialist. I have helped users troubleshoot and resolve their issues via Video, Slack, email, and in person. I have also onboarded/ offboarded users via video and in person. I was the lead for managing assets (laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, etc) and making sure they were up to date with our inventory count as well as end of life.
