Xavier Guzman

I just graduated from BU with a bachelor's in business administration! I concentrated in both Finance and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. I am really interested in working in private equity or venture capital as well as property management.

I just recently finished a summer internship with JLL and BGO, and I had an amazing time learning the ins and outs of property management. I hope to gain more experience in the workforce before I go on to pursue my MBA. I am currently looking for positions in the Northeast.

I worked as a property management intern for JLL in the summer of 2023. My role consisted of working on RFI's and RFP's as well as making sure vendors had the proper COI's. I also participated on various projects where I organized and worked on bids for those projects.

I have a bachelor's degree in business administration with a double concentration in both finance and innovation & entrepreneurship.
