• Added missing email detection, duplicate detection, subject-group summaries, match percentages, color-coded Excel results, token refresh/retry handling, and SOP documentation for long-running multi-user scans.
• Provide internal IT support for hardware, software, printer, Wi-Fi, and network issues while monitoring FortiSASE web activity and security policies.
• Reformat company laptops with approved Windows OS versions, assist with Microsoft Office 2021 upgrades, maintain IT asset inventory, and support Active Directory/domain migration preparation.
