Yassin Drammeh

Good morning! My name is Yassin Drammeh and I graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in December of 2023. For about six months after, I have worked two internships; one position in construction and another in internet installation working with solar panel development. From there I have been studying to obtain my EIT certification, and developing other technical skills in AUTOCAD and coding. Thank you so much for your time.

• Collaborated with CEO to research and create reports for the manufacture of solar panels 
• Supported project implementations with partner companies for a solar panel manufacturing plant 
• Coordinated with different companies to prepare documents on factory construction needs 
• Worked with project engineers to find solar panel materials available in Gambia 

 January 2024 – April 2024 - Civil Engineering Intern 

• Prepared and revised engineering floor plan drawings for condominium project
• Created a bill of materials for condo finishes (toilet seats, sinks, tiles, etc.) using Excel
• Led and documented meetings on research of competing companies’ apartments and condominiums
• Visited project Sites along with CEO to view progress and/or potential problems 
• Worked with contractors to determine material costs and project timeline
• Created and presented drawings for new land developments using Microsoft OneNote
