o Independently performed abdomen, small parts, gynaecological, and vascular ultrasound sonographic examinations on patients scheduled for ultrasound examinations o Obtained diagnostic images during ultrasound guided biopsies, paracentesis, and thoracentesis studies.
o Maintained adequate inventory of ultrasound supplies in the unit and ensured that all equipment were fully functional o Adequately explained all procedures to the patient prior to commencement to foster understanding and reduce apprehension o Conducted multi-modality inpatient, outpatient and emergency room ultrasound imaging as required.
