In my previous and current positions, I've developed strong skill sets regarding time management by approaching daily tasks as efficiently as possible. In regards to crisis counseling, I've grown strengths asking the right questions in order to find the root causes of issues and connect people with helpful resources.
No matter the role I'm in, I take great pride in serving as a resource to others while providing excellent customer experience.
