Yichin Wu

With a background in human factors, I am passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences through a combination of data-driven solutions and human-centered thinking. Through my Master's degree in Human Factors and three years of hands-on experience, I have developed the skills necessary to design elegant solutions to complex problems.

My academic and professional background have given me a solid foundation in research and data analysis, which allows me to create end-to-end product flows that meet both user and business needs. Whether I am conducting usability studies, task analyses, or heuristic evaluations, I always keep the user's needs and goals at the forefront of my design process.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including web portals, mobile websites, and native apps. With three years of experience in these areas, I have developed a broad range of skills that allow me to design and develop exceptional user experiences across various platforms.
