I have 18 years of frontline and 2nd review mortgage underwriting experience, 3 years of mortgage auditing including credit risk and compliance experience. I also have over a year experience of serving on the board of directors for a national private company while chairing multiple committees. I possess strong analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

I have excellent problem solving skills and a thorough understanding of credit. I am able to review complex financial documents to assess an individual's creditworthiness. I specialize in adhering to internal/external regulatory compliance requirements in relation to making credit recommendations and crafting credit policy or performing post approval auditing.

I have a strong commitment to teamwork as well as efficiently meeting production, quality and service standards. I am proficient with a wide variety of industry lending programs and software including PeopleSoft, Desktop Underwriter, Loan Prospector, Encompass360, The Mortgage Originator, NetOxygen, Workday and Enterprise Lending Center.

My professional experience spans 20 years in the financial services industry. I specialize in making mortgage credit decisions for high net worth borrowers. My skills helped me to obtain my current role as a board member for a private national restoration company.

I graduated high school and have some college education. I was trained on the job and carried my experience with me from level to level.
