After graduating from university, I worked in the marketing department of a well-established Japanese food company, in charge of planning and design.
Later, I worked as an art director in the in-house design room of a printing company, beverage company, and confectionery company, where she oversaw product design, package design, and advertising.I have been working as a freelance designer in the U.S. for 10 years.

Moved to the U.S. in 2013
Yuko spent time as a student in New York and Hawaii. After studying Culinary Arts at a college in Hawaii, she worked at an Italian restaurant and a Japanese restaurant, while also working as a designer for Japanese companies and local clients.
She then became Vice President of the Planning and Marketing Department at Shirokiya Holdings Inc., where she was placed in charge of various creative works.
Yuko then moved to LA in 2020, and established naru creative works, LLC in May 2021.
