I am a vivacious, outgoing person who thrives on learning new ideas and meeting new people. Traveling is a passion and I have been privileged to have visited most of the continental EU and UK, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Macao, Guang Dong, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and the Caribbean islands. Reading and education is also a passion as I am constantly engaged in fascinating courses on-line.
The heart of my life belongs to my two daughters and one son-in-law who have given me the gift of absolute joy. As I broke the sound barrier of sexism early on in my career, I am now engaged in a similar endeavor having found myself in the “Wisdom Keeper” category!!
My most relevant education was my second master's at Harvard. Having access to the Kennedy School of Government, I trained under my mentor, Ronald Heifetz in the field of Leadership Development where I learned how to become an Adaptive Leader, adapting to the situations/issues at hand to successfully lead organizations through growth, change, even a merger. I also was trained in Organizational Diagnosis, with Dr.
Levinson, at the Graduate School of Education where I was Team Leader, with two other colleagues, in analyzing a segment of the then Massachusetts Mental Health Center resulting in a presentation of our findings and organizational suggestions. These two intensive courses and the application of my training were absolute keys to my professional success.
