I have been focusing on investment sales over the past year since graduating with my MS Finance from the University of Miami. I have closed on 2 industrial deals in my 1 year so about $7 million in transactions closed. I have great experience in financial modeling and excel and very detail oriented.

I have worked for 3 real estate firms. The first 2 were asset management companies where i did data entry work and basic finance skills on Excel. I then moved to a commercial real estate brokerage after graduating UM where we would get listings for industrial and retail properties in Florida. I have closed on 2 large industrial deals thus far, totaling $7 million.

I graduated from the University of Miami with my masters in Finance in 2022. I learned very detailed financial modeling in Excel as well as VBA programming and Python. I took many courses in Private Equity and Corporate Finance that would have prepared me very well for any position in the field.
