Hello,
I am a graduate student at Western Illinois University-Quad Cities campus in Moline, Illinois. I am seeking my Master's degree in Museum Studies with a projected graduation of December 2023.
I believe in the importance of public history and museums to teach what cannot be taught in a classroom. Museums are opportunities for active learning and agency in education, and museum staff are educators shaping learning experiences with exhibits, programs, and tours. I want to be part of the next generation of museum educators.
