I currently a physician assistant student in my clinical year, set to graduate in May 2026. I am passionate about psychiatry, psychology, and all things that involve the human emotions and the stories behind them. While I find it fascinating, the most rewarding part for me is being that person that another can rely on in a time of darkness.
my most recent position before starting PA school was as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician at an outpatient psychiatric clinic. I worked with patients with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, or bipolar disorder. I loved my work there. I have never had a job more fulfilling or meaningful. The impact I made during my work there meant a lot to me.
I have worked a wide variety of positions during my college career, usually multiple at once to pay for tuition and living expenses. I have worked a total of 13 part time jobs that range from customer service, tutoring, cooking, manual labor, or working with animals. This has shown me a wide range of personalities and ways of working for and with each of them, while teaching me adaptability.
