I am a practicing pediatrician and founder of a community startup called Grapevyne. I'm on a mission to help physicians break out of their silos and build meaningful connections that boost careers and wellbeing.

• Drove the mission and vision of Grapevyne to meet the burdens faced in healthcare due to physician shortages and physician burnout through facilitating networking for physicians and medical students, recommending known job opportunities, and providing access to professional and personal support resources. 
• Managed all aspects of strategic planning, investor relations, business development, partnerships, product management, hiring, and stakeholder engagement, establishing Grapevyne's presence in the healthcare recruitment and physician wellbeing space.

• Engaged with C-suite executives, investors, physicians, and professors at academic institutions, research institutes, and children’s hospitals to secure strategic Centers of Excellence (COE) partners through executing MOUs.

New York-Presbyterian (NYP) Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center

• Patient care responsibilities at NYP, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Hospital for Special Surgery.
• Class QI Captain, Pediatric Advocacy Chair, and Housestaff Representative to the Graduate Medical Education Committee
• Directed QI and advocacy initiatives, including increasing HPV vaccination rates, increasing provider compliance with American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations for childhood obesity management, and increasing referrals for patients with food insecurity to supportive internal, community, and government programs. 
• Published on reduced cost, improved care access, and superior health outcomes of patients requiring surgical feeding tube placement after switching to an integrated multidisciplinary clinic model.
• Created an online learning course that improved resident readiness for trauma resuscitation from 50% to 82% based on assessment scores.

• Oversaw interdepartmental committee promoting efforts to increase resident involvement in hospital quality and patient safety initiatives, tripling resident membership in two years. 
• Led initiatives with hospital administrators and department directors to increase hospital efficiencies and improve patient safety.
