As a Legal Intern at Celestial AI I developed an Excel-based reference tool for Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to centralize NDA terms, helping streamline client meeting preparation. As well as designed metadata prompts to train an internal AI system to identify key NDA obligations and risks, improving accuracy of contract review. While also collaborating with software interns and external counsel (Latham & Watkins LLP) to refine our company's NDA processes.
