Zoey Kumre

I enjoy anything environmentally related and am a large advocate for addressing global warming and its effects. I enjoy hands-on team and solo projects that allow me to get out into the wilderness and learn more about our environment.

Science Camp Naturalist, Koinonia Conference Grounds, Santa Cruz, CA November 2018/2019

• Managed a large group of 15 students, and was responsible for them and their safety for 5 days. 
• Assisted the main naturalist in whatever was needed, such as chaperoning students and leading activities for the group.
• Taught students knowledge of the environment, different types of plants and animals, and watersheds.

I am currently attending San Jose State to earn my bachelor's in Environmental Science in 2024. I received my GED from Silver Creek Highschool in 2020.
