• Built a weekly broadcast plan for Sendo Farm's TikTok, reaching 13K viewers and 1.5K followers.
• Aligned with the Marketing Team, create weekly job advertisements.

Public Relations Team Leader at BAC Human Resource Management Club (2022/12 – 2025/05)

Planned and executed communication strategies across social media platforms, contributing to a 20% growth in page performance (26.5K followers on Facebook and 1.5K followers on TikTok in 2024). Coordinated with internal teams, media partners, and sponsors to ensure consistent messaging and effective event promotion.

• Key Project: PR Leader - "Turn Up, Turn Down, Turn Around with HR" Workshop - Lead communication planning, promotional content, and media coordination for a large-scale HR workshop, attracting over 600 participants across Ho Chi Minh City.
• Key Project: Organizing Committee & PR Leader - "The Amazing HR Land" Academic Competition - Directed the competition's key visual orientation in the two years 2024 and 2025.
