I aim to develop my career in Homologation, focusing on vehicle testing and compliance with technical regulations. My goal is to master the testing process, perform accurate data analysis, and work closely with engineering teams to prepare complete certification dossiers. I strive to contribute to product quality improvement and support key homologation projects within the company.

HOMOLOGATION, CERTIFICATION ENGINEER & TECHNICAL SUPPORT at TC SERVICES VIETNAM (2026-04 – Present)

• Master Planning: Formulate annual homologation master plans and type approval roadmaps for new vehicle launches.
• Project Leadership: Lead homologation project management for importing PHEV models into Vietnam
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Optimize testing protocols to reduce homologation costs while optimizing certified fuel consumption parameters
• Technical Support: Provide technical and regulatory support to resolve urgent field and dealership issues in the Hanoi area.

HOMOLOGATION & CERTIFICATION ENGINEER at HONDA VIETNAM (2023-06 – 2026-03)

• Full-vehicle Type Approval: Led end-to-end homologation and test planning for CKD/CBU models in compliance with VN regulations (QCVN 09:2024, QCVN 109:2024, Circulars 54/55) and UN standards
• HEV/EV & Battery Safety: Managed HEV/EV homologation projects and REESS battery safety certification under UN R100
• Coastdown & Dynamic Testing: Conducted vehicle Coastdown testing and data analysis (road load A, B, C coefficients) to configure chassis dynamometers for emission and energy consumption evaluation.
• Emissions & Performance Analysis: Analyzed emissions and fuel economy test data based on UN R83, UN R101, NEDC, and QCVN 109:2024.
• Component Testing & COP Audits: Managed component certifications (lighting, mirrors, tires, wheels, tanks) and supported Vietnam Register COP plant audits alongside internal production teams (Welding, Painting, Assembly).
• Engineering Change Control: Evaluated vehicle design modifications to assess regulatory impact on active type approvals.
