With over 10 years of experience in bancassurance business development at SCB and VIB, possessing extensive expertise in partnership management, business development, operations management, product management, and sales activation across a nationwide distribution network.

Working at SCB bank and VIB bank with over 10 years experince in Managing and developing partnerships with insurance providers including life insurance partner ( Manulife, Prudential), nonlife ( Bao Long, MSIG, VBI);

• Acting as the coordinator between insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure e ective business operations and governance.

• Collaborating with partners to implement business initiatives, design, enhance and deploy insurance solutions, and resolve issues arising throughout the partnership lifecycle.

• Developing insurance business strategies and oversee insurance business performance across the entire banking network.

• Establish sales KPIs, manage insurance licensing codes, and oversee insurance business eligibility requirements across the system.

• Design and implement sales incentive programs, sales campaigns, and business development initiatives across the network.

• Prepare business proposals, management reports, and dashboards to support governance, business management, and decision-making, while recommending solutions to improve sales productivity.

• Manage operational matters, coordinate customer complaint handling, and resolve complex dispute cases.

• Represent the business function in digital transformation projects, system enhancement initiatives, and operational process improvement programs.
