I am a certified chemist, who has worked NIH, EPA, and FDA. I am interested in being an educator and a trainer so that more people will understand that quality is a mindset and a way of life. Quality is everybody’s job, but it is up to those and quality to help others understand why it is important how they can help their organization.
I started off as an industrial chemist, testing reagents. And then found myself growing past the laboratory and wanting to be more part of the systems that created the process. For over 12 years, I have dedicated myself and learning regulations of good manufacturing processing. I bring a lot of understanding to the table being that II started off as an industrial chemist, testing reagents. And then found myself growing past the laboratory and wanting to be more part of the systems that created the process. For over 12 years, I have dedicated myself and learning regulations of good manufacturing processing. I bring a lot of understanding to the table being that I also was part of the process at one point and understand what manufacturing Personnel experience on a day-to-day. I believe this gives me that interaction that is needed to explain and train so that the industry can be better as a whole.
Aside from my degree in chemistry with a minor of biology, I still dedicate myself yearly to the quality assurance programs where I gain certifications in the ASQ organization.
